case studies
Some contexts invite us to hold a learning mindset – to approach things with a ‘try and see’ attitude, where mistakes are viewed as a necessary part of the learning process.
This network finds it helpful to view anything we work on as a part of a larger collective learning process, and we often refer to our collaborations and projects as experiments or case studies. Each is an instance of us attempting to understand something more about what it means to be human together.

Crews & Our Field Trips
Within the web, groups of 3-8 people come together around shared intentions. Crews work in a highly integrated state, practising group flow to operate as a 'we'. Field trips are a practical application for the 'crew' form, allowing for them to study their culture in new contexts.

Retreats
Retreats are multi-day events that allow for a deepening of shared experiences, context, and learning. Our web brings emphasis to the emergent nature of in-person gathering and uses frequent debriefs to reflect on process and group coherence 'from the balcony'.
